Artwork Story
Dream House was inspired by the artist’s personal dream of one day owning a beautiful home in the United States. The painting represents hope, determination, and the journey toward building a better future through art and hard work.
Salina Vu created this piece as motivation for herself — a reminder that through dedication, creativity, and perseverance, dreams can become reality. Her goal is to continue creating meaningful and beautiful artworks to share with the world, while also building financial stability to achieve her dream of owning a home like the one portrayed in this painting.
This painting was created as a heartfelt gift for a close friend who is also her partner and companion on her artistic journey.
After the painting was completed, one of her close friends visited and saw the artwork and fell in love with it. She offered to purchase Dream House as a gift for a lawyer she deeply respects and cares about. However, because this painting was created as a gift from the heart, Salina chose not to sell it.
Instead, she offered to create a new painting inspired by a similar feeling. Each painting is unique, because every time she paints, it carries different emotions, memories, and energy from the artist’s heart.
Through her art, Salina hopes to share beauty with others while continuing to work toward building the life and future she dreams of.
